- We can't accept returns for:

❌ Personal preference- "I don't need it anymore / I don't like the item"
❌ Mismatched expectations even though details were clearly mentioned.
❌ Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, fading, or wear ( unless it compromises safety ).
❌Insignificant discrepancies such as a missing non-essential accessory or a packaging error (like a wrong model number on the box) when the product itself is correct and matches the images.

In case of refunds, a 2% fee will be deducted towards payment gateway charges.

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 minutes of placing it. After this grace period, cancellations will not be entertained as the fulfillment process begins.

Once you place an order, we procure the item from the seller, bring it to our facility for quality checks, take it through minor cleaning/sanitization and pack it. This process typically takes 2-3 business days. We will keep you updated if there are any changes to this timeline due to any issue.

Notes - The swing has been stored for a while and is currently quite dusty, with a visible red stain on the seat. It will be thoroughly dry-cleaned before dispatch; however, the stain may not be fully removable. Please note that the original charger has been replaced with a compatible new one.
