Buying pre-loved requires trust β and we take that very seriously.
Every item on Chub Chub is physically inspected, tested for functionality, and cleaned before listing. We also share actual pictures, condition notes, and any imperfections transparently so you know exactly what youβre buying.
Still, if something is genuinely wrong, weβre here to help.
β When Returns Are Accepted
You can request a return only if:
1. The item was damaged during transit
Damage that affects safety, structure, or core functionality (e.g., wheel broken, harness not working, frame bent).
2. You received the wrong product
Wrong model, wrong color, or incorrect product.
3. Critical parts are missing
Parts required for safe use (e.g., safety belt, main seat, wheels, structural rods).
If a replacement is available, we will offer that first.
β When Returns Are NOT Accepted
1. Personal preference
β’ Didnβt like the size
β’ Didnβt like the color
β’ Changed mind after buying
β’ Expected it to look βnew-likeβ
2. Normal signs of pre-loved use
These are NOT eligible for returns:
β’ Light scratches or scuffs
β’ Fading due to age
β’ Minor dust or small stains
β’ Yellowing of nets or plastic
β’ Loose threads
β’ Minor cosmetic wear
β’ Fabric discoloration
β’ Missing non-critical accessories (toy bars, mats, decorative attachments, covers, extra padding, etc.)
These are perfectly normal for pre-loved items and do not affect safety or usability.
3. Issues not shown in unboxing video
Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.

We do not issue cash refunds.
You can choose:

If an alternative product exists in a similar price range.
β Chub Chub Credits
If replacement is not possible.
Chub Chub Credits:
β’ Issued after QC of the returned item
β’ Valid for lifetime
β’ Can be used fully or partially on any future purchase
β’ Cannot be converted to cash
π¦ Return Process (Simple Steps)
1. Record a clear, continuous unboxing video
Must show:
π¦ The unopened package
π₯ The entire unboxing
β οΈ The issue clearly
βοΈ No cuts or edits
Without the unboxing video, return requests cannot be accepted.
2. Email: contact@chubchub.in
Include:
β’ Order ID
β’ Unboxing video
β’ Description of the issue
β’ Photos (optional)
Must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
3. Send the item back
Once approved:
β’ Item must be safely packed
β’ If item returns in worse condition β credits may be reduced
4. After we receive it
β’ QC completed in 2β3 working days
β’ Credits issued in 5β7 working days
β’ Replacement dispatched (if chosen and available)
