  • At Chub Chub, we know that shopping for pre-loved items requires a little extra trust — and we’re here to honor that trust with honesty and care.

    All our items go through aĀ thorough inspection and cleaning processĀ before being listed. We share actual photos, condition notes, and any missing or replaced parts clearly on each product page so you know exactly what you’re getting.

    Still, we understand things can go wrong sometimes. Here’s how we make it right šŸ‘‡


    āœ… When Are Returns Accepted?

    You can request aĀ replacement or refund in Chub Chub CreditsĀ if:

    • The item isĀ damagedĀ in a way that affectsĀ safety or functionality

    • The item isĀ significantly differentĀ from the pictures (e.g., wrong product/color etc)

    • The item isĀ missing critical partsĀ that stop it from being usable

    āš ļø If a replacement is available and chosen, theĀ difference in product price (if any)Ā will need to be paid by the buyer.


    āŒ What is Not Eligible for Return

    We doĀ notĀ offer returns or refunds for:

    • Minor imperfectionsĀ typical of pre-loved items, such as:

      • Discoloration due to age or prior cleaning

      • Scratches or light scuff marks

      • Fabric fadingĀ 

      • Tough stains on straps, edges, or borders

      • Yellowing of nets or plastic parts

      • Small cosmetic nicks

      • Missing non-critical accessories (like toy bars, mats, decorative covers etc)

    These are allĀ normal and expectedĀ signs of use in pre-loved products and do not affect the product’s safety or functionality.


    šŸ”„ What You’ll Get: Replacement or Chub Chub Credits

    We don’t issue cash refunds. Instead, we offer:

    • AĀ free replacementĀ (if available), or

    • AĀ full refundĀ issued asĀ Chub Chub Credits

    🟔 Chub Chub Credits:

    • Credited withinĀ 5–7 working daysĀ after we receive and quality-check the returned item

    • Can be used on any future order — no expiry

    • Can be applied fully or partially at checkout ( Talk to our team for it )


    🧾 How to Claim a Return or Replacement

    To make things smooth for everyone, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Record anĀ unboxing videoĀ ( Most Critical )

    • The video must clearly show the package being opened and highlight the issue

    • It should be uncut and taken at the time of unboxing

    2. Email us atĀ contact@chubchub.in

    Include:

    • The unboxing video

    • Your order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    šŸ“Œ Email must be sent:

    • WithinĀ 7 days of delivery

    3. Return the item

    • Once your claim is approved, ship the item to our Chub Chub warehouse

    • Return shipping cost will be borne 50:50 between Chub Chub & the Buyer.Ā

    • We do aĀ quick quality checkĀ once the item reaches our warehouse (within 2–3 working days)

    • Once approved,Ā Chub Chub CreditsĀ are processed withinĀ 5–7 working days

    • If a replacement was requested and available, we’ll dispatch it at the earliest
