If there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right with an exchange or a refund, depending on the situation.


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact our support team with an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

- We've got you covered if the:

✅ Item did not reach you.
✅ Item was damaged during delivery and is unsafe to use.
✅ Item was hugely misrepresented from the description.


- We can't accept returns for:

❌ Personal preference- "I don't need it anymore / I don't like the item"
❌ Mismatched expectations even though details were clearly mentioned.
❌ Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, fading, or wear ( unless it compromises safety ).
❌Insignificant discrepancies such as a missing non-essential accessory or a packaging error (like a wrong model number on the box) when the product itself is correct and matches the images.
❌ Delivery is delayed.

In case of refunds, a 2% fee will be deducted towards payment gateway charges.

Placed an order by mistake?

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 minutes of placing it. After this grace period, cancellations will not be entertained as the fulfillment process begins.

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable with the seller anymore.

Once you place an order, we procure the item from the seller, bring it to our facility for quality checks, take it through minor cleaning/sanitization and pack it. This process typically takes 2-3 business days. We will keep you updated if there are any changes to this timeline due to any issue.
