By using our platform to buy or sell pre-loved children's items, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using the Chub Chub platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

To use our services, you must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must supervise any transactions.

 

 

1. Accurate Information
   Sellers must provide accurate details of the items they wish to sell, including condition, defects, and other necessary information.
2. No Offer Changes
   Once Chub Chub agrees to procure an item, the seller cannot change or withdraw the offer without our consent.
3. Inspection Rights
   Chub Chub reserves the right to reject any item during or after pickup if it is found that the information provided was incorrect. This includes undisclosed damage, missing parts, or significant wear beyond what was communicated.

 

 

1. Understanding Wear and Tear
   Buyers agree that the items sold on Chub Chub are pre-loved and may show signs of use. All items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before sale.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
   Purchases are non-refundable unless the item significantly deviates from the described condition. For any disputes, please contact our customer support.

 

 

• Sellers receive payments based on Chub Chub's assessment of the item’s condition within 7 days days of item pickup.
  
  
• Buyers must complete payments before receiving their purchases.

 

 

• Pre-Loved Disclaimer
  We encourage all buyers to carefully review the product details and descriptions  before making a purchase.  While we take utmost care in procuring high quality items, some degree of wear and tear is expected. We cannot process returns or refunds simply because the product did not meet personal preferences.
  
  
• Refunds for Misrepresented Items
  Refunds will only be discussed if the delivered item significantly deviates from the product description. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting customer care.

 

 

At Chub Chub, we prioritize child safety by conducting a basic safety inspection, which includes:

 

• Checking for malfunctioning parts
• Verifying no crucial components are missing
• Ensuring there are no major damages or structural issues

 

 

Important:
Despite our efforts, Chub Chub is not liable for any malfunctions caused by heavy wear and tear that may not have been evident during inspection.

 

All items are cleaned and sanitized using kid-safe products. While we strive to maintain high hygiene standards, some individual sensitivities (like allergies) may arise, which might not be solely due to our products. Chub Chub will not be liable for any such reactions.

Chub Chub is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item or received for selling.

Chub Chub reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
